I'm interested in quantitative and qualitative tools for assessing:
1) effectiveness of leadership within a company
2) leadership culture
3) organizational emotional intelligence

Possible supplier
Hi, we have worked with a supplier of an organisation wide survey that is able to demonstrate the link between leadership (and other factors) to organisational performance. The survey is rigorous, well grounded in research and has a long history of use in some well known organisations. The company who own and administer it is called iGraph (www.igraph.org).
We have done some of our own research using this tool which we will be publishing shortly. If you’re interested to know a bit more about it, do give me a call or drop me an email.
