Learning more about group dynamics

default-16x9

Does anyone know where I can learn more about groups/team behaviours or group dynamics? I increasingly find myself required to facilitate and feed back to groups on their performance and would like to understand more about group dynamics. Any ideas as to who might offer training or education in this field?

  1. Belbin
Have a look at the Belbin Team Profiling exercises, these give a good breakdown of the personality types within a team and allow you to analyse the possibilities for more successful team working. And unlike most profiling exercises they don’t constrain an individual to just one role.

    Hi Rosie
I really like the stuff Roger Greenaway has written on his website.http://reviewing.co.uk/_site.htm#roger . I’m not sure it tells you about group dynamics but it’s a great model for reviewing what has happened in a group.
    Hope this helps.
