default-16x9

Hi,

In an attempt to not deliver all management development face to face or elearning, I'm keen to purchase in some good eBooks to support our framework.

Any good recommendations in areas such as managing change, problem solving, delegation, quality conversations.

Many Thanks

  1. Hi there, you may have
Hi there, you may have stumped people by asking about e-books as my first question would be ; what do you mean by e-books? Do you mean books that are stored on a kindle for example? Instead, it may be worth asking what books people would recommend and then checking yourself if they are available in the format you want. I would recommend The One minute Manager by Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson. It must be one of the most re-printed management books ever so if that’s not available digitally, I would be really surprised. Hope that helps.

  2. I too would recommend
I too would recommend ‘Leadership and the one minute manager’ – its quick to read and highly practical . It taught me a lot about adapting leader behaviour to the individual.
