Organisational Development in the UK… where to start?

default-16x9

I am keen to add to my knowledge / skills around organisational development and quite frankly I'm not really sure where to start.

I'd be interested to hear about learning / courses / qualifications people have completed and what their views are on the value of the learning they have 'done'.

Any suggestions, recommendations and/or notes of caution would be very welcome.

Thank you.

You might want to consider doing a Masters in Occupational psychology or Orgnisational behaviour.

The Tavistock Institute run very well regarded programmes – including their consulting and change programme:

Roffey park do an OD programme – http://www.roffeypark.com/whatweoffer/Courses/OD/Pages/TheODPractitioner’sProgramme.aspx

They also do a Master’s programme which is worth looking at.

    Best wishes
