Prioritizing

default-16x9

Hi, I'm lookinig for any activities I can use for a Prioritizing/Time Management session I am due to run shortly. The group will be around 50 people working for the same organization but in varying roles. The group size is causing me 'issues' its quite big for doing interactive activities but I don't want to do the 'lecture' format.
I am currently thinking of using an in-tray exercise combined with the urgent/important matrix and a 'time thieves' section.
The participants are a 'training weary' bunch so I'm trying to find something they won't have seen before- any other ideas would be welcomed!

Email me for a decision making exercise called WHO GOES TO THE BULL. It might be useful and fit the bill for the sort of stuff you are looking for

  5. Post-it notes

I wonder if post-it notes are the way forward to have some activity without it getting unmangeable? This ready written training session has quite a few activities in that can be done in small groups at tables, and link directly back to their own situation, making it instantly applicable. Worth a look?

  6. Need exercises for Time management workshop

     Hi Sarah,

I am a trainer and would be taking a time management workshop in the last week of November. If you could forward some exercises which could make the program more interesting, it would be very nice.

    Thankyou in anticipation,

    Best Regards
