We are having higher than desired levels of turnover, (and we are working on a number of improvements to reduce these losses). Have a look at Talent Q http://www.talentqgroup.com Their product is incredibily flexible, a range of reports can be produced, and it’s available in something like 22 languages. I use it at various levels – it provides some great insights.
Psytech
I haven’t used these specific psychometrics test but I have used a lot of their others and I have found the materials excellent and support provided very good.

Morrisby Profile
I can endorse both talent Q and Psytech products. Bearing in mind the age and purpose of the testing, I suggest you also look at The Morrisby Profile, which is widely used for apprenticeships. I don’t know if they have saudi experience, you can but ask!
