   I suggest the TAP courses from the Training Foundation. They are quite useful and concise which means you can quickly learn the critical concepts on how to teach more effectively to delegates.

2. Why Change?
   Hi Nigel,

   I personally see no difference in creating learning environments for delegates of any status. I have delivered to many different groups and in my experience first line managers or CEO’s will all happily engage when they see a clear benefit in attending. The key is getting the content pitched at the right level for example use more business related examples / activities, keep focused on the end goal and spend plenty of time context setting and getting buy in to the reasons for the course.

   Senior management also need to break state and have a laugh time to time so keep the ‘fun’ stuff where appropriate.

   For yourself it may be some limiting self-beliefs you hold which could be worth exploring and overcoming with some coaching support.
