Training Accreditation – Stats to support

Please can anyone help me by pointing me in the direction of intelligence from companies who use the accreditation method to drive performance/training stds

I’m not sure what you mean. What sort of accreditation are you considering and are you looking to link this to the performance of the training function, the individual or both?
In general terms I think you will find it hard to gain any worthwhile statistical evidence that it is the accreditation per se that directly improves performance.

Hi Sam, don’t have the answer for you but these bodies might – Chartered Management Institute (CMI), CIPD, ITOL, Learning and Skills Council – good luck and would be interested in seeing any results you find.

Appreciate the feedback. Looking to use accreditation in a service environment therefore looking for info to support how or if using an accreditation method improves performance or maybe morale or cust sat. That kind of thing.
