Training department name

Hi,

We're in the proess of rebranding the Training department by giving ita new but exciting name.l&D and T&D are quite an old solution to my question. Please suggest.

Thinking about what T&D/L&D does for a business how about:

How about:

Evolution solutions

Business solutions

Performance solutions

People solutions

Centre for enlightenment and understanding

Just in time solutions (training is nearly always requested late)

Future profit generation unit

Hope there’s a few ideas in there you can play with.

Hi Clare,

I just got back from holiday during which there was a period of poor weather so I played a lot of scrabble.

This may explain some of the “flow” although those who know me experience this sort of thing on a regular basis.

Sometimes it is helpful!
