I currently work within the L&d dept of a IT company and historically the training we have delivered has been to our employees.
We now have an opportunity to deliver some training based on our product range to our external customers and although we have created proposals for internal use before I wondered if anyone would be happy to share any templates they have used for creating porposal for 'paying' customers?
I anticipate there will be detail that will be essnetail to be included aroundn things like materials we will provide, facilities etc that we simply don't include for inetrnal use.
Any help would be appreciated.
