Transport for the North chooses Kallidus Learn and Perform to restructure their approach to learning and performance

Cirencester, UK, 11 December 2017: Transport for the North (TfN) has chosen Kallidus Learn and Kallidus Perform to restructure their approach to learning, performance and talent management.

TfN are a unique partnership, with elected and business leaders from all areas of Northern England uniting to work with central government and national transport bodies. With hundreds of users to support, TfN wanted to implement a new system that would allow their disparate workforce to have a central resource centre for learning, evaluation, reporting and tracking.

Kallidus, an award-winning provider of learning and talent management solutions, was selected following deep consideration. As TfN previously did not track or report on users that had accessed learning material, and did not have a formal appraisal process, they required a provider that would be with them every step of the way to support and provide tested-and-proven advice. They needed a product that offered mobile compatibility and automated processes, whilst remaining UX-friendly.

Kallidus proved to be the ideal solution for TfN. Having both systems coming from the same provider with the same user-friendly UX proved to be highly beneficial from a procurement, support and engagement perspective.
