How to become an L&D data detective

Some call it measurement. Some call it evaluation. Some call it analytics. I call it facts. I’m an L&D detective looking for facts that answer the question, “Did training work?”. In this series, I’ll describe how I collect facts, evidence and data for learning’s impact on employee performance and organization goals. And I’ll show how you too can be an L&D detective.
