Can you suggest any training and development performance indicators?

Are there any T & D Managers/Officers who currently compile performance indicators and are prepared to let me have a list of those they find the most useful? A Local Authority context would be even more helpful.

  1. Need to know type of environment
    It is difficult to be helpful without knowledge of the type of business and environment the trainers work it. Basically, their work should improve the performance of the company, so there needs to be in place a measuring system to check that the areas of business covered by the training programme has improved. Thus a start measurement, then a measurement after the programme. Personal KPI’s for individuals are based upon their work types – again this can be in a myriad of areas so it is impossible to be general
