I am looking for a training support/administration course to send a colleague on, covering managing appointments, production of documentation and managing feedback for example. IPD do not run a suitable day course. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Two possibilities I can think of:
Hemsley Fraser (01752 849400) have a three day course which includes most of what you ask, and more besides.
Guardian Business Services [GBS](0171 278 6787) run a four day course with a similarly wide spread.

Yes, GBS Training (formerly Guardian Business Services) does run a course for Personal Assistants. We have reduced the length of the course to three days.
