How do trainers choose methods to deliver learning programmes

Interesting article in People Management, 14 May 1998, by Alan Mumford, looking at new fashions and methods in training delivery. Focuses on lectures, coaching, mentoring and technology-based training. Concludes that many trainers will continue to adopt a 'buffet' approach, but that our selection process really should become more professional.

Unfortunately, IPD have not put the article on the People Management website, so you'll need to get hold of the printed version!
