In our article looking at boosting performance through learning we looked at some of the ways organisations are looking to boost performance. Our latest benchmark report, Unlocking Potential, shows that this is a major area of focus for L&D, with 96% of learning leaders wanting to improve organisational performance.

This is an ambitious goal and only 26% of organisations in our benchmark are seeing performance and productivity benefits. However, for Top Deck organisations, those in the top 10% of our benchmarking Index, that figure rises to 62%.

So what are those top achieving organisations doing to deliver these results? In this graphic we learn from those organisations by sharing four tactics that will help you boost organisational performance through learning.
