Effective pre and post course evaluation
Colin, I’ve been looking for the same info to justify the use of instructor-led over CBT/WBT ! SO when you find it give me a shout. I feel that whoever conducts the survey will come across the issues that we have long struggled with, namely effective pre and post course evaluation of the intangible as well as tangible measurables. Lunch to discuss???
