IBM release computers that sort own problems

IBM have recently announced that they are to equip their future products with software that will identify and be able to correct problems by automatically carrying out diagnostics to existing software configurations and applications.

IBM are hoping that by including this automated troubleshooting system that this will significantly reduce the amount of problems that the customer experiences and move towards a more automated technical support solution.

This software is to be provided and distributed under license from Support.com.
