KnowledgePool expand e-learning by acquiring Maxim Training

default-16x9

KnowledgePool have announced their purchase of Maxim Training who is one of the UK's leading developers of CD-ROM and on-line multi-media training. In a recent UK study, Maxim Training appeared eighth in the top ten on-line multi-media producers.

This is the second announcement by KnowledgePool in a month for further expansion of its e-learning portfolio, thus enabling the company to offer a much wider service world-wide.

The attraction of Maxim Training was that they had focussed on e-Learning, recognising the importance of technology as a key role in enabling individuals and corporate customers access to cost effective training.

Maxim Training has been offering a variety of training solutions for over 20 years and have only recently taken e-Learning on board. The acquisition by Knowledgepool will focus on e-Learning and expand on the personal and management skills training that both companies currently provide.

KnowledgePool are to support Maxim Training in both financial and marketing areas, to allow Maxim to continue developing their e-Learning training products.
