NIACE together with WEA have developed a short written reponse to the issues that will face the voluntary and community sector when delaing with the new arrangements for LSCs. The paper accompanies the DfEE funded series of regional meetings set up for the voluntary sector to inform them about the planning and funding framework.

This is a useful document that goes through the prospectus and identifies the points the voluntary sector will need to be aware of if they are to develop successful relationships with LSCs.
