We came across this simple little online course on the click2learn.com website recently and thought other TrainingZONE members might be interested. Just $16 gives you access to the course for a year.

More than most professions, teaching requires keen organizational ability. In fact, teachers must know the general direction of a course before it starts, and how to accurately assess each student's progress along the way. Because each class and each student are different, tracking this progress can be an especially difficult skill to learn.

To make that task easier for her fellow teaching professionals, Alexa Connolly created an online course that she sells for $16. Writing Educational Aims and Objectives shows in engaging, no-nonsense terms everything you need to know to create clear educational aims and objectives. Topics in the course include using objects and conditions when writing aims, and the different types of learning objectives.
