Further news from HRD week - Caliper UK are offering a service for 360 degree feedback on the web. All of those involved are asked to complete an online questionaire (also available in paper form), which Caliper UK then collate together and create a 'roadmap' for the individual being assessed.

Caliper UK's consultants then provide an online feedback session with the individual (this can be done face-to-face if preferred, at additional cost).

The potential advantages of completing the process online are mainly time-saving - Caliper UK say that each questionnaire takes less than 15 minutes to complete.

Without actually going through the process, it's not possible to view the results (there's no sample data online). If anyone has tried the service out for real, let us know.
