City University in London has developed a training course on Mentoring in Business which is aimed at HR personnel. The course instructs on basic mentoring skills, and trains HR personnel and others to train mentors themselves. The course is funded by ESF and is free to participants.

The course has a minimum face to face requirement, the majority is delivered online. The funding requires participants to be from London, and in this case priority is given to a particular area of London (Wandle Valley) but companies do not need to be exclusively from that area.
