Change Management

The one thing that is constant in modern life is change. Not least in IT, where Moore's Law states that computing power doubles every two years, a theory first coined in the 60s. Apply this theory to the Learning Technologies arena, and it's clear you have to be ready for change just to survive. Out of this life of constant flux has sprung an entire industry devoted to change, populated with practitioners who specialise in change management.
