Learning Agreement

default-16x9

I am looking for some example learning agreements between employers and workers that they are releasing on a day release basis to study for a vocationally related qualification. Does anyone have any examples that they are willing to share?

Thanks.

One Response

  1. In-house agreement form
I have one I use for SVQ candidates doing the qualification in-house. It states what the candidate agrees to do (e.g., dedicate time to the work, keep appointments with their assessor, etc.), and what the organisation agrees to provide (e.g., an assessor, time to work on their SVQ, access to appropriate materials, the SQA’s costs, etc.). Some SVQs are delivered to people in member organisations, in which case the form has a third section stating what the member organisation will provide (e.g., time and space for working on their SVQ, time to meet with their assessor, etc.). If you wish, I could e-mail you a copy, which you could adapt for your purposes.
