I am exploring the idea of organising a management development co-operative.
My initial thoughts are around linking with of L&D management in non-competitor companies of similar size (300-500 employees - although this is not a limiting factor) for the purpose of sharing internal management development opportunities. We aren't looking for external providers.
The object would be to provide our managers and those who we partner with to attend in-house management development training to learn from other companies and to develop networks.
We are headquartered near Croydon and therefore would need to partner with London and S/E based companies to minimise the travel impact.
