Jargon Trainer What does this mean?

default-16x9

We received a one line e mail enquiry this morning from a potential UK client.

"Do you provide training in how to manage cross business unit internal mobility"

If you met it in the street, what does it look like? Why do clients cling to this wretched jargon. Lol Come back Ernest Gower!!!!

Professor Unwin would love it - see below

I can only think it means people having the skills to move from one department to another in the same organisation. Either that or I don’t understand the B.S. either!

Thanks – you should be at Bletchley Park. One colleague suggested team building. To which I replied, you surely mean:-

CONSTRUCTING CONVIVIAL CROSS FUNCTIONAL ENGAGEMENT AT THE INTERFACE OF ONE TO ONE ENCOUNTERS IN THE WORKPLACE

As Mr Kenneth Dodd would say -they can’t touch you for it!!! LOL

Yes! It’s team building and they are good enough now to smile at their use of language.

Thanks for your congratulations but pleeease……you don’t say congratulations. NASA’s jargon says you say "I just grew another level" . LOL(oops)
