Team Change & Motivation Activities

default-16x9

Hi All

I'm designing a new training programme and looking for some fun, short activities around team motivation and team change.  If you have some ideas/eamples I'd love to hear from you.

Many thanks

  2. Team change and motivation

    Hi Louise,

We have a great activity for exactly this purpose – it's a jigsaw puzzle called the 'Challenging Assumptions' puzzle, which seems simple but requires a shift in thinking. As the team members work on the problem, they experience a change process, with all the associated feelings, and recognise how hard it can be to let go of past learning in order to generate new understanding and new patterns of behaviour. Once they've found the solution, they need to be motivated to continue with the task until it is complete. The activity is always well received and never fails to generate that 'aha' moment!
