Data Protection
An individual has been calling our freephone recorded line and set about to humiliate the operators aware that they cannot afford to be rude to clients, even complaining about not understanding an accent in an offending way. The caller demands the tape of the conversation under the DPA. Where is the right of the humiliated employee whose voice and name is on the tape. Was the DPA set up to encourage such a behaviour.
