KAM Training

default-16x9

We are expanding in Central & Eastern Europe (FMCG) and are looking to train our existing and recently recruited key account managers. As Western European supermarkets are operating and growing in this area, we are looking for feelance trainers (ideally) to share their experiences with this group.

We are designing a great 5 day training programme to get people going. KAMBasics - this is basics in the nicest sense of the word will cover topics like:

- The basics of selling
- Account management
- Promotions
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding category management
- Using category management to drive results

We require good trainers, who are enthusiastic about their subject and are able to communicate well with participants who are not native English speakers.

Our training solution will be a mix of classroom training using internal experts (who have done train the trainer) and external trainers with some excellent e-learning material to enhance the learning experience. The training will take place in Warsaw and Budapest - start in September and run into 2001.

Contact me if this sounds interesting to you.
