‘All together now’ for Beatles-themed teamwork training

default-16x9

Liverpool-based Maverick Training have come up with a novel approach to team working training - 'with a little help from their friends' at the Cavern Club.

The Beatles are being used as a role model in a new training programme based around their phenomenal success. The programme will draw on Beatles-related examples to examine topics such as identifying individual strengths of team members, clarification of group roles, improving productivity by working together and allowing team members more responsibility for their actions.

John MacCarfrae of Maverick says that "the programme has been designed to help all work teams grow, change, succeed and reach their performance goals by using a combination of originality, innovation, education and entertainment mirrored against the success of the Beatles throughout the 1960’s".

Presumably one piece of useful advice the course will deliver is to avoid getting involved in any 'Yoko Ono'-type relationships which may cause the team to break up acrimoniously.....

Maverick Training will run the two-day workshops in Liverpool using the Cavern Club venue. For further information, contact Maverick Training on 0151 677 8135, or e-mail [email protected]
