Computer illiterate Directors threatened by IT Directors

default-16x9

Directors who are still not getting to grips with IT are becoming increasingly worried by the fact that IT Directors could take their part as the company's business strategist according to a report published on the web-site of Softwaresource

Research conducted also found that 65% of managers believed that IT-illiterate bosses risked losing out to junior colleagues because of their better understanding of IT.

50% of staff interviewed stated that their senior managers had a fear of IT and were unable to use basic systems such as e-mailing facilities.

Directors who do not have IT skills should face the challenge of getting to grips with IT, rather than passing it back to their sub-ordinates.
