Hi - I'm a training manager at a medium sized independent hospital in York called the Retreat. We've just launched a leadership development programe and looking for suitably experienced and stimulating presenters to co faciliate towrads the latter half of the programme from July - Oct.

Topics include - managing change, dealing with conflict, motivation staff, disciplinary issues, appraisal & objective setting.

All sessions run from 1.30 - 4.15

Anyone inteersted or know of anyone (preferrably in the North of England and with experience in health care?
