Teaching team leaders Customer Focus Management skills

default-16x9

An interesting post from the TRDEV-L list:

From: George Reavis
Subject: long-term customer focus

Regarding teams, relationships and service learning, I would like to offer members of this list an old idea brought back new again. A 'best practice' for building and maintaining long-term customer focus for teams.

I have recently made available, through Blackboard, a course on teaching teams "how-to" ask customers the all important question: 'How are we doing?' The feedback is used to take customer recognition and appreciation to a higher level.

The course is free for anyone interested in this subject and especially trying new ideas in daily operations. Simply enter the course as a guest and look over the course information. If you would like to take the course, the directions for enrolling are there.

I would be happy to answer any questions and would appreciate your thoughts and experiences with the course.

Sincerely

George Reavis
