Presentation Skills Course

I am looking for a very dynamic presentation skills course aimed at highly talented Chefs who already posess the basic kind of presentation skills. Their role includes presenting ("selling") new dishes to our customers within the food sector, in a manner which requires a lot of flair and enthusiasm. If you are such a provider or know of such a provider, please get in touch.

We have used Maynard Leigh Associates for about 10 years and have outstanding feedback about their presentation courses. They have a background in dramatic arts and their courses release the natural potential in people. I have attended many of their programmes and use the skills for presentations, meetings etc. Give them a call - you won't regret it. Contact Michael Maynard on 0207 385 2588.

Hi Paul,
I imagine you want your customers to enjoy a total experience when buying from you. To me, that means that the people presenting must have that experience too.
I would love to talk to you about giving your chefs the ability to communicate such an experience through NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Call me on 01793 616100 for a chat about the results you want!
You can email too at jo.shaw@alphacourt.com

Our Effective Presentation Skills course is tailored to the individual requirements of the delegates attending and we use video to help us provide effective feedback. Delegate groups are kept small to ensure objectives are met, with an absolute maximum of 6 delegates on any one course. The price for a 2-day course is £1,300 plus vat (or you can apply our new pricing structure, which comes into formal effect from 1/1/2001, of £500 per day plus £45 per delegate if this is more advantageous to you).

Full details of the course are included on our website at www.pdc-online.co.uk or please give us a ring on 01423 546958.

We run a highly acclaimed and powerful course which is directed by an actor. It is highly individualised and builds on the personal style and energy of the participants helping them to project their message with passion and conviction rather than mastering the usual 10 technical points of effective presentations!

Hello Paul, from your brief it looks like you really want the Chefs to transfer their passion for their new dishes to the customer, but most importantly, ensure the customer wants to buy. Earlier in the year we delivered a sales and presentation techniques programme to a group of very proud Chefs who mastered the art of 'pressing the right button for the right customer at the right time'. We have also worked on similar objectives (on a one-to-one basis) for a Chef from a prestigous establishment. I'd be delighted to tell you more, e-mail by return or contact me on 01327 349686 or 0411 392702

Hi Paul. Chefs must be great to work with in this area - they're naturally in to the use of texture, colour and layout. We run an excellent workshop which will show the chefs the difference that makes the difference between an excellent presentation and an average one.

Finally - I used to be a chef myself! Get in touch if you'd like to know more.
