Dr Anne Marie Rattray founded The Smart Work Company Ltd in 2008. She has been at the leading edge of new ways of working and project-based learning for over a period of twenty years. She has worked with small and large companies from a range of sectors, nationally and internationally.

Drawing on this experience, she is currently prototyping and testing a suite of simple tools for businesses to introduce new ways of working and adapt their systems through small, practical projects. People engaged in these small projects accumulate experiences that develop future-focused skills through doing, thinking, reflecting and talking.
