Chloe Walton's whole career has been about understanding human behaviour. She has journeyed, at a senior level, through finance, data, customer segmentation and social media, and at the core of her learning there has always been a curiosity for how people connect.

Today, her goal is to share her curiosity and support both leaders and their organisations to become naturally inclusive, by creating safe spaces to expand their frames of reference and connecting them to their new ways of thinking. She works with organisations to combining reverse mentoring & growth mindset to create the right environment and cultures for experiential learning and diverse conversations to flourish.

Chloe is a Leadership Coach (CPCC) with a commercial background, using this experience and a passion for connecting people she specialises in supporting female leaders of today & tomorrow to gain real clarity and understanding of themselves, in order to become more impactful.
