My career has been built around a love of seeing people grow and develop and over more than 15 years I have gained valuable experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training.  I work with  stakeholders in a consultative capacity to identify development needs before designing and delivering bespoke and unique initiatives to target those needs.  This has involved implementing programmes at middle and senior management levels that focus on a wide range of topics including leadership, management, creativity & innovation, teambuilding, coaching & feedback, presentation skills, corporate away days and development centres.

Using accelerated and blended learning techniques, my approach appeals to each learning style and ensures that everyone is included in the learning.  I have a natural and friendly delivery style that helps me to easily engage with people so that I can truly personalise their learning.  With a challenging and inquisitive nature, I help participants to focus on actions they can take rather than focus on what they can’t change.  My development is always fun yet focused and I care about what happens afterwards by making sure sure people know exactly how to put their learning into action.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and hold the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Certificate in Training Practice helping me to ensure I provide support that is grounded, performance enhancing and business focused.  I am also an accredited Insights Discovery licensed practitioner and have integrated this into many successful learning events.
