I enjoy working collarboratively with Senior Managers and HR staff to build on their needs and their experience to develop practical solutions that drive behavioural and work performance improvements. I do this by using data to assess cabilities and motivation to improve. I have also used a range of psychometric and 360 degree feedback tools to Coach and develop individuals and teams.
