I enjoy working collarboratively with Senior Managers and HR staff to build on their needs and their experience to develop practical solutions that drive behavioural and work performance improvements. I do this by using data to assess cabilities and motivation to improve. I have also used a range of psychometric and 360 degree feedback tools to Coach and develop individuals and teams.

--Hi, What a great opportunity for you and the participants to follow your passion to self-organise a really creative and productive event!
If you have not already done so, I would suggest that you obtain a copy of Harrison Owen's Open Space Technology book. This covers all the necessary details. If you don't have easy access to this, then I would suggest that you visit Wikipedia.org
I have run several Open Space events and they have always been enjoyable and productive. The main practical tips that I would suggest are: have enough break out spaces and tools (flip charts, computers, pens and paper) to help to display the meeting options and to capture the sub-group key points; In terms of announcing the potential meeting areas in the marketplace, make sure that the Convenors can be heard by all the participants (mobile microphone); offer some time slot schedule that allows for the collation of the sub-group reports; and also, provide a slot that allows a review of the sug-groups and a sharing of the potential next steps.
This is a great tool. I am confidient that if you just put your faith in the Open Space process, it will be a huge success!

A while ago I sourced and used the Innovation Potential Indicator (IPI) by Professor Fiona Patterson as part of a Development Centre that I was running. This short questionnaire covers the key behaviours associated with change and innovation. Key dimensons are Motivation to Change; Challenging Behaviours; Adaptation; Consistency of Work Style; and Social Desirability. It is research based and validated and it can be completed in about 15 minutes. The tool can be accessed via OPP at http://www.opp.eu.com and then search for the IPI. I hope that this helps?

My view is that the fee is likely to be related to a number of factors such as - the mode of delivery - face -to-face versus telephone ; the number of people being coached; the types of coaching issues; the level of staff being coached; the duration of the coaching contract; the level of autonomy in the coaching contract; the Client's experience of buying coaching; your levels of experience and qualifications etc. This might lead to a fee that can range (depending on the context) of between £80.00-£120.00 per hour.
