Erica Farmer
Co-Founder and Business Director of Quantum Rise Talent Group Ltd, has over 20 years of designing and delivering apprenticeships and learning and development in organisations including Working Links, LV=, British Gas, Specsavers and Virgin Care. She has held senior roles in talent, apprenticeships and L&D. Due to this Erica is well known and networked in the sector and was included in the Top 20 Apprenticeship Influencer on LinkedIn in 2019.
Erica specialises in digital and innovation in learning, specifically virtual classrooms, webinars, blended learning, alongside apprenticeship training consultancy.
Erica has a unique and specialist mix of experience having been both a levy decision maker and a provider lead. She sits on various apprenticeship provider boards advising and learning strategies. At British Gas, an OFSTED grade one provider, Erica oversaw engineering, customer service and management apprenticeships, with over 1,500 apprentices on programme at one time.
Quantum Rise focuses on virtual employee engagement strategies such as highly interactive virtual learning, communication, sales and remote leadership.
