I have been in e-commerce and retail industry for 6 years with a number of retail business formats. I have been learning sales development and help small and medium retailers to grow up their business using web applications and marketing their products through social media and search engine marketing.

Great, nice reading! I have visited Skillsoft and learn a bit about it. I do agree with you. But if it's only for personal learning materials, free content is good by the way. However, searching really good free content on the internet takes time.
I'm going to find out more what Skillsoft is and wot it's really good for improving talents in an organization or company. Can you tell me more about how should a good content for human resource in a company?

Great management tips. But I didn't find Mindfulness. How about mindfulness? Can we include it in this management styles list? I think mindfulness is a powerful character which includes so many good personality traits.

Well, great content by the way. But I have some of my own strategies to add. If you decide to become a freelancer or a stand-alone professional, having your own writings is a must. The most reasonable medium for a newly start freelancer to promote his or her product or service is having his or her own blog. By which there you start to write everything about you, your product or service, or what you should tell to your perspective people.

I think it's all about that people would like and are loved to be heard, but not really totally listening to friends or colleagues. Based on my experiences in communication, we should be willing to listen to the others, know who they are, praise them if they deserve a praise, and be a friendly person to the others. Speak and remain your colleagues who make mistake with compassion. This certainly will make you be loved, and people or delegates would like to listen to you want to make you happy.
