Thank you for your response and, kind words and useful suggestions. I did think it would be a case of building up a series of activities from tried and tested sessions. Can you recommend any books or websites you have used that have assisted your workshop development to get me started and pointed in the right direction?
Best wishes and many thanks

Has anyone tried creating a video or audio recording as per this suggestion? What are the disadvantages and advantages in your experience of this approach?
Does anyone have a TNA template they could share or could point me in the right direction on templates?

I am interested in something similar too, have you received any suggestions to your post?
I am due to attend an event to look at training needs of attendee's at an event to help me shape a training programme. Is there a way I can capture the information without writing everything manually-sorry if I have hijacked your thread. Suggestions most welcome.

Thanks for the recommendations. These are now added to my personal list of resources. It is always good to find out about new resources that I have not come across yet. There is so much out there to discover.
I too like the Celestine Prophecy interesting book and made me see things in a new light. It is a book I return to every few years.

Sorry I wasn't clear in my post. Note to self, to try not to communicate with a migraine.
I am seeking your top recommendations for books and other resources like web sites that have assisted and influenced your career in training and helped you become great in your role. I am embarking on a new training role and want to build up my personal library/resources that I can draw upon to help me in my new role.
Hopefully I am making a bit more sense now

Thank you for responding. I had no idea this model existed. I have so much to learn about designing training. I guess the learning never stops.
Have you applied this model to your training design and did you encounter any problems?
