In my opinion, Udemy provides very knowledgable material that is completely understandable to even a newbie. I have taken some Udemy courses that helped in learning the Website Development.

How can we train our staff when the skills they need are changing all the time?

Completely agree with your points Hadyn. I, myself, have faced a situation where the manager of my team was not trained and it resulted in the project failure. It was a big loss for the organization.

So, it is very important for the organizations to take care of person's experience before promoting him/her. As he/she is going to lead or manage a team, if he/she is will not be trained, it can be a massive loss for both employees and the organization itself.

Why accidental managers should be suitably trained

Hi Lynn, well written and explained post. These habits should be adopted by the organizations, especially the 'Masterful meetings' habit. Nobody enjoys the long meetings and that too without any result. It will save the time of the organization and employees too, for some additional tasks.

Very nicely written article, Paul. It is, because of good customer service, that customer enjoys the services of a company. Customers can make or break a business. But, to be honest, you cannot actually identify and focus on a single customer's needs. Every customer has their own issues. The proactive response to their issues defines an excellent customer service.

I agree with your points. Some new managers are not able to synchronize with their teams which is not good for any department or organization. Both team and manager needs to support and co-operate in order to get the best results.

Useful tips, Elenap. I would prefer the mobile apps most to engage with millennials. This definitely works.

Nice article, AlexK. The trainees should be given an environment like actual job workers during training. In this way, they will be getting to know the challenges and their solutions.

Well written post, Ariana. Social Media is really powerful. But most businesses, nowadays, are outsourcing their services to save their time and cost. Social media marketing can help you get genuine traffic and leads only if you have the proper knowledge of social media strategies.

I agree with your post. Trained employees can help in increasing efficiency of the organization and the other benefit is that the trained employees can be utilized anytime, that is when you need them. Outsourcing is only suitable if you lack infrastructure or cost of employing people.

Well written post. Appreciation is a requirement for the staff. A small appreciation can boost the confidence of the employee/employees and they can work with more energy which is definitely going to boost your business.
