The best way for people to contact you directly from a posting you make is by making sure you have an entry in the Who's Who section of the community. https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/whoswho/
If you click on My Profile under the My TrainingZONE header on the main navigation bar you willbe taken to your profiling page. At the end of this page you will see the boxes to fill that will create your Who's Who entry.
The Who's Who page has enough space for you to tell the rest of the community all about yourself and how to get hold of you. It will also have links to all the other comments or news posted by yourself.
When you post a comment, your name will appear as a blue coloured link. If this is clicked on by another member they will then be taken to your Who's Who page.
In some application forms you are asked to inidcate how much time and the number of instances you have had as illness in the last year. This can then form the basis of investigating further.
You may also be able to ask if there are any special requirements or things that would need to be implemented (on the client side)to ensure the candidate would be able to perform the tasks required.
NEBS has actually merged with ISM to form the new ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management). More details can be found on the ISM website https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/ism/
TrainingZONEs dedicated area to eLearning can be found under the Zones heading on the main navigation. You may also find the new eLearningWire which costs £2.50 a month very useful. Details of this wire can be found within the eLearningZone.
