As the CEO of Maynard Leigh Associates I am proud to be leading an organisation that consistently produces outstanding results for its global clients.

As a working father I tussle with the demands of leadership and parenthood, but am endlessly grateful to have both roles. I am interested in fostering a culture that recognises interdependence, collaboration and inclusiveness. Each person’s story is vital in the overall narrative of the company. To create alignment from these stories I focus on ‘the purpose’ of our organisation, its values and the results that follow.

Maynard Leigh is a leading global Learning and Development provider. We support a range of clients across the UK, Europe, Asia & America and have offices in London, New York and New Delhi.

Here are just some of the companies we've worked with:

KPMG, Barclaycard, Deutsche Telecomm, Hewlett Packard, Interflora, Aviva, Ernst and Young, Ocado, Financial Times, Unilever, Cancer Research UK, DHL, London Stock Exchange, Maybourne Hotel Group, Premier Foods.

For over 25 years we've been pioneered the use of theatre & performing arts based, experiential techniques. Our performance coaches are experts in developing your people and use innovative behavioural change methods to produce powerful, sustainable results.
