In addition to delivering executive coaching, Susy designs coaching, leadership development and customer service programmes for organisations and facilitates innovative, experiential development programmes.
Susy builds a relationship of trust with her coachees and works with them to increase self-awareness of their strengths and development needs, enabling them to significantly enhance their contribution to the business and drive improved business results. Susy also trains senior leaders in mentoring and coaching skills. Her style is described as focussed, pragmatic, stretching and grounded in real business issues. She has a flexible style to enable her to adapt to the different needs and styles of her coaching clients. Susy supervises professional coaches and managers who are building their coaching confidence within organisations. Susy is a highly experienced coach who is continuing her personal development with advanced training as a coach supervisor.
Susy is an acknowledged industry expert on developing talent and driving business performance through coaching. Her recent speaking engagements include European Mentoring and Coaching Counselling Conference, Leading Hotels of the World Conference and SABA Conference for Financial Services organisations. Susy is a regular contributor to industry publications and press articles.
Susy co-founded Hunter Roberts in 2001.
