I can’t even find the link to it….
given that I haven’t seen a new tender there for months perhaps it has been closed down….
I’m sure someone from the website will post a reply to this thread pretty soon

Tenders Section
I’m afraid Rus is right. The tenders section has been removed.
Largely this is due to the fact that the section wasn’t particularly popular and there were complaints about some of the tenders being out of date or invalid.
